浅谈地基基础施工中质量控制的要点
摘要：地基和基础是任何建筑物的重要组成,建筑物如果没有可靠的地基和基础就会影响到建筑物的正常使用和安全,甚至造成建筑物的破坏甚至坍塌。本文简单介绍了地基基础施工质量控制的重要性，结合自身实践，分析了建筑地基基础施工质量控制要点，提出了几种常见建筑地基施工方法的质量控制。

Abstract: The foundation is an important component of any building, building if no reliable foundation and foundation will affect the normal use of buildings and safety, even causes the destruction of the building even collapsed. 引言
在建筑施工中，地基基础施工质量致关重要，如不认真设计、施工，将会留下安全隐患，以至影响住宅使用寿命，严重时将导致建筑物倒塌。基础施工时，应根据工程地质、水文地质、结构类型、机具设备、材料供应等情况，综合考虑，选用合理的施工方法，采取有效的技术措施，按施工验收规范和操作规范的要求严格认真进行施工，确保工程质量。
1地基基础施工质量控制的重要性
施工过程是高层建筑施工质量控制的基础，地基基础工程是建筑质量的关键。整体工程的施工质量直接受地基基础工程的影响。当前，我国高层建筑地基基础的工程施工情况并不乐观：建筑施工企业出于对工期的要求，在天气情况不佳的情况下工程施工常常照常进行，并且并没有采取相应的措施以保障工程施工质量。加强建筑地基基础施工的管理，建设优质工程，地基基础质量控制是核心。
