宁波某中学综合楼设计

摘要:本工程为一中学综合楼,拟建五层,无地下室。其中建筑物左侧为行政办公区,右侧为图书阅览区。底层层高4.8m,其余每层高3.9m。占地面积1106.9m2,建筑面积5084.9m2 ,采用钢筋混凝土框架结构,平面布置比较灵活,受力良好。梁、柱、楼板和基础均为现浇,楼面和屋面采用现浇连续双向板。根据本工程地质条件,基本风压0.55KN/ m2 ,地震设防烈度7度,地震加速度0.10g,第一组,Ⅲ类场地,框架为三级抗震。建筑工程等级为三级,耐火等级为二级,合理使用年限50年,屋面防水等级为Ⅲ级。设计共分为三个部分:第一部分为建筑设计部分,包括工程概况、设计依据、标高及建筑细部做法;第二部分为结构设计部分,包括:结构方案和初选截面尺寸、楼板结构设计、结构计算简图及刚度参数计算、荷载计算及结构位移验算、水平荷载作用下的结构内力分析、竖向荷载作用下的结构内力分析、荷载效应及内力组合、截面设计和构造要求、基础设计、结构施工图的绘制;第三部分为PKPM结构计算,包括结构控制参数、结构受力分析、结构施工图绘制、对比分析报告。 关键词:综合楼;框架结构;结构设计;内力计算;PKPM计算

Abstract: This project is a school Integrated Building with5 floors,no basement.The left

side will be administrative office,the right side will be bookreading area. The level of the first floor is 4.8m,and the rest is 3.9m high-level layers. The building covers area1212m2,and a total construction area is 5112 m2. By a dopting reinforced concrete frame structure,in which, beams,columns, floor slabs are cast-in-place the floor and roofing being the cast-in-place continuous two-way plate,the plane lay out of this engineering is quite nimble and meeting the demand of construction requirements.According to the local engineering geology condition,basic windpressurevalueis 0.55kN/m2, earthquakeintensity of 7 degrees security,the basic design for seismic acceleration values 0.10g,category Ⅲ sites,design for the earthquake-first group,the 3-th earthquake resistance framework. The grade of construction work is third-level, the fire-resistant grade of second-level,rational service life 50years,the water proof grade of the roofing of Ⅲ level.The designis divide dinto 3parts:The first is architectural design,including the project overview,design basis,elevation and details of building practices.The second is construction design,including structural programs and primary cross-sectional size;Floor structural design;Structural calculation diagrammatic drawing and stiffness parameter calculation; Structural loads and displacement calculation; Level loads role of endogenous force structure analysis; Vertical loads role of the internal force structure analysis; Load effects and internal force; Cross-sectional design and construction requirements; Foundation design; Structural construction mapping;The third is computer-aided design with PKPM, including construction parameter calculation; structuralloads,displacement and calculation;Internal force structure analysis,etc. And the analysis report for manual workvs.PKPM is presented in the end.
