摘 要

混凝土的高速发展,使得不可再生的天然砂数量锐减,人工砂代替天然砂将成为必然趋势。铁尾矿的堆存不仅危害环境,还存在安全隐患。为解决天然砂的短缺和铁尾矿的危害这一对矛盾,利用铁尾矿砂为基本原材料,通过研究不同水固比下铁尾矿砂浆的流动性,用其填隙碎石,配制混凝土,通过研究铁尾矿混凝土的流动性和强度,探索铁尾矿混凝土成为泵送混凝土的可行性。试验研究发现,唐山迁安地区的铁尾矿砂属于中砂,级配较好,可以用来代替天然砂制作流动性较好的砂浆。并且用不同水固比的铁尾矿砂浆填隙碎石,配制来的铁尾矿砂混凝土,流动性好,可满足不同强度要求。结果表明,强度 C20,C25,C30,C35,C40的铁尾矿混凝土流动性好,强度达标,坍落度在165mm-220mm之间,所以,用铁尾矿砂完全可以配制出符合标准要求的建筑混凝土,最大限度地利用了铁尾矿,为铁尾矿的开发利用开拓了新的渠道。

Abstract

The rapid development of concrete, making the number of non-renewable natural sand dropped, manual sand instead of natural sand will become an inevitable trend. Iron tailings dumps is not only harmful to the environment, but also a security risk. In order to address the shortage of natural sand and iron ore tailings on the dangers of this conflict, the use of iron tailings as the basic raw materials, through the solid ratio of different water mortar under liquid iron ore tailings, with the interstitial gravel, preparation of concrete. By studying the flow of iron ore tailings and strength of concrete to explore the possibility of iron ore tailings pumping concrete into the feasibility of concrete. Though study, Tangshan Iron Qian'an area is in the sand tailings, grading is better, can be used to replace natural sand making good fluidity mortar. And with different water-solid ratio of iron ore tailings interstitial mortar rubble, preparing to iron tailings concrete, fluidity, and can meet different strength requirements. The results showed that the strength of C20, C25, C30, C35, C40 of the iron ore tailings concrete fluidity, strength standards, and the range of slump is in 165mm-220mm. Therefore, complete with iron mine tailings can be prepared to meet standards of construction of concrete, also acquire the maximum use of the iron tailings, making the development and utilization of iron tailings develop a new channel.
