动物产品安全生产现状与展望
摘要
在市场经济日益发达的今天，随着动物产品的发展和普及，动物产品的安全生产对市场经济的重要性越来越强，动物产品安全性的高低是企业有没有核心竞争力的体现之一。为此，本文以动物产品为分析对象，在分析动物产品安全生产现状的基础上，依据基本理论，运用一系列专门的调查方法，研究探讨动物产品安全生产的现状与展望。

Abstract
In today's increasingly developed market economy, with the development and popularization of animal products, animal products safety the importance of the market economy is more and more strong, the animal product safety level is the enterprise has the embodiment of one of the core competitiveness. 引言
动物产品（Animal Product）,指以动物的身体各部位经加工制成的产品。通常包括五类：(1）家畜、家禽产品：包括羊毛、驼毛、牦牛毛、兔毛、皮张、肠衣、猪鬃、马尾、羽毛等；（2）畜禽类：包括猪、牛、羊、鸡、鸭、鹅肉及其副产品和野生动物肉，野禽肉等。（3）各种罐头。（4）蛋及蛋制品。（5）水产品：包括海水和淡水产品。在国际贸易中，出口动物产品要经特别的卫生检验或检疫。
