摘 要
本工程为西安市银河大厦通风空调施工图设计。该建筑地下一层,地上十七层,总建筑面积为17373m2,其中空调面积为10700m2。地下室为设备用房,主楼1 ~9层为办公用房,10层为空中花园,11~17层为居民住宅;裙楼共三层,均为证券公司营业用房。本中央空调设计范围主要是主楼1~9层办公区和裙房1~3层证券营业区。
本工程夏季空调总冷负荷为1417kw,选用一台离心式冷水机组作为空调冷源(单机制冷量1400kw)。冬季总热负荷为1134kw,由市政热网提供热源,通过一台换热器换热用于冬季空调供暖(换热量为1163kw)。空调机房设在本楼地下一层设备房内。
本工程中央空调系统形式:主楼1~9层和裙楼3层为风机盘管加新风系统,裙楼2层为吊挂机组加独立新风,裙楼1层为全空气系统,采用吊挂式空气处理机组。
空调水系统采用两管制,分为3个区,主楼1~3层为A区,4~9层为B区;裙楼1~3层为C区。立管采用异程式,各层采用同程式。
对本建筑的地下室主要设备用房和走道采取机械通风排烟设计。对主楼的防烟楼梯间和消防电梯前室进行正压送风防烟设计,保证楼梯间余压40Pa~50Pa,消防前室余压25Pa~30Pa。楼梯间采用自垂式百叶送风口,每隔两层设一个,每层前室采用常闭式电动百叶送风口。

ABSTRACT
This project is about construction of ventilation and air conditioning design in Galaxy Mansion of Xi’an. The building has basement, and seventeen floors over ground. And, the overall floorage of it is 17,373 ㎡ in which 10,700 ㎡for design. Basement for the equipment room, the main building of 1~9 layer for office space, the 10layer is a sky garden, 11~17storeys for residential building. The skirt building has three floors, and all securities companies operating room. The central air conditioning design range is the main building1~9layer office and the skirt building 1~3layer for securities business district.
The project total cooling load of air conditioning in summer1,417kw, one centrifugal chilled water refrigerating machine is employed as the cold source of the conditioner(single cooling capacity of 1,400kw ).The total heat load in winter is 1,134kw, and the municipal heating network to provide heat source. through a plate heat exchanger heat exchanger for air conditioner in winter heating ( heat transfer for 1,163kw ) . Air conditioning machine room located in the equipment room of the basement.
The project of central air conditioning systems: main building1~9 layer and skirt building 3 layer for fan coil and primary air system. The skirt building 2 layer for hanging air transact unit and primary air system. The skirt building 1 layer is adopted with all-air system , use the hanging air transact unit.
The water system use two-pipe water system, divided into 3 zones, the main1~3layer for A area,4~9 layer for B area; foundation1~3layer for C area. Risers using direct return system,
each layer using reversed return system.
The construction of the basement of main equipment room and hallway to take mechanical design of. As positive pressure air supply smoke control design is adopted
in stairwell, the antechamber and common antechamber of staircase , ensure the stairwell pressure over40Pa~50Pa,antechamber and common antechamber of staircase pressure over 25Pa~30Pa. Tuyere of stair half is adopted with Gravity Vertical Louver Type Air Opening, every two layer is provided with a chamber. and the normally closed electric tuyere is used in each layer antechamber and common antechamber of staircase.
