T say sentences; Ss repeat the last words. T: I love my gloves. Ss: gloves, gloves. T: I love my scarves. Ss: scarves, scarves. T: I love my umbrella. Ss: umbrella, umbrella. 1. Key sentences in a sale advertisement. 2. Overall understanding of a sale advertisement. 1. Understand the meaning of “sale”. 2. Use key sentences in real and correct context. Textbook, tape and recorder, PPT, scarves, gloves, sunglasses, 教学 过程 T: I love my sunglasses. Ss: sunglasses, sunglasses. T: They make me pretty. Ss: pretty, pretty. T: They are cheap. Ss: cheap, cheap. T: They make me nice. Ss: nice, nice. T: Let’s try on. Ss: try on, try on. 2.Preview ( 3 minutes) Create a context: I’m the sales girl, and my shop is on sale. I need another sales person to help me. If you can finish all my tasks, you can get the chance. Use loudspeaker and PPT background to let Ss know the meaning of sale. Explain “sale”: Hold gloves and say: before, 25 yuan; now 5 yuan. They are very, very, very cheap. They are on sale. 3.Presentation (15minutes) There are three readings in this part. Ss have to finish three tasks. 1st reading: Skimming. Find the things on sale and finish the mind map. 2nd reading: Skipping. Read, tick or cross. There are four exercises in this part. Ss read the ad, and tick or cross. 3rd reading: Intensive reading. Read and answer the questions on textbook. Find the details of the ad. After the readings, Ss can understand the ad and key sentence. 4.Practice (12minutes) There are another three tasks in this part. Task 4: Read the passage correctly and gracefully. Listen to the tape and read after the tape. Task 5: Look, write and suggest. T puts on the sunglasses and says: They are pretty, but they are 500 yuan. They are too expensive for me. T puts on small gloves and says: They are cute, but they are too small. Write down the sentences on blackboard. Then Ss draw the shoes and write a similar sentence. Choose Ss to show their writings. Task 6:Make a wonderful sale ad. According to the book, and write a similar sale ad. Give examples, such as: fruit sale, school things sale, vegetable sale. Ss show before the class. 5.Moral Education (2minutes) A good sales person: Provide proper suggestions for customers. 7.Homework (1minutes) Read the passage correctly and fluently. Write sale ad. for a shop. Make suggestions for your family members.
