title：driller card owner： Quality Under the age of 45, at least a secondary specialized degree in well drilling engineering or relevant. Have a qualified post license, IADC or IWCF certificate , HSE certificate. Basic oral English skills. Familiar with drilling technology &drilling equipment, minimum 5 years working experience on the well site, at least 2 years as a driller, preferably top drive and electric driven rig working experience. Be responsible to toolpusher To give tour members the occupational ethic and drilling technology training. Hold pre-job and after-job meeting. Designate everyone the specific job and guide everyone to complete drilling operation to achieve the nondamage of personnel, borehole and equipment as per drilling procedure. 副司钻岗位职责Assistant Driller 第1版第1次修改 2007年06月发布 1．Post duties岗位职责:
1) Strictly implement and perform GWDC HSE policy and practice.
严格执行公司的规章制度,遵守和执行本岗位的HSE 规定。
2) To obey orders from tool-pusher and driller. To be ready for filling in driller
position in case that the driller is absent.
听从带班队长和司钻的指令。当司钻不在时，顶替司钻工作。
3) To clean, operate and maintain mud pump and high pressure manifold&line. To
operate, maintain supercharge pump, mixing pump and tripping pump in the mud system.
清理、操作和维护泥浆泵和泥浆高压管汇系统。操作和维护泥浆系统灌注泵、混合泵和补给泵等设备。
4) To check mud pump running condition (noise, temperature etc) and its lubrication,
also screen, super-charge pump, suction line, high-pressure discharge lines, safety pop-off valve, pulsation dampener, drive belts and covers.

2． Tour inspection route and checking points巡回检查路线及要点
1) BOP and Koomey unit→mud circulation system→mud pump (in good condition,
well lubricated&cleaned, spare parts supply, maintenance card)→air compressor with nitrogen→geology unit(formation, lithology, drilling log)→dog house 井口防喷器和远程控制系统装置→循环系统→泥浆泵（运转正常；润滑、清洁、备用件、工具齐全、保养牌填写规范）→充氮压风机→地质室（层位、岩性、钻时记录）→值班房。
3．Tour handover rules交接班制
1) Arrive at the well site half an hour in advance to perform pre-tour inspection as
per post inspection route and point out the existing problems to be corrected to on-duty employees.
提前半小时到井场，按岗位巡回检查路线进行检查，向当班人员提出待整改的问题。 2) Arrange pre-job and after-job meeting. Be on-duty in time.
