单跨双坡门式刚架设计
摘要:本设计为一72米单跨钢结构,设置A5级吊车。主要依据《钢结构设计规范》(GB50017—2003)和《门式刚架轻型房屋钢结构技术规程》GECS102:2002等国家规范,综合考虑设计工程的规模、跨度、高度及用途,依据“适用、经济、在可能条件下注意美观”的原则,对各组成部分的选型、选材、连接和经济性作了比较,最终选用单层门式钢架的结构方式。梁、柱、结点为刚性连接的门式钢架具有结构简洁、刚度良好、受力合理、使用空间大几施工方便等特点,便与工业化,商品化的制品生产,与轻型维护材料相配套的轻型钢结构框架体系已广泛应用于建筑结构中,本设计就是对轻型钢结构的实际工程进行建筑、结构设计与计算。主要对承重结构进行了内力分析和内力组合,在此基础上确定了梁截面,对梁柱作了弯剪压计算,验算其平面内外的稳定性;梁柱均采用Q345钢,焊接采用E50型焊条,柱脚刚性连接,梁与柱结点也刚性连接;另外特别注重了支撑设置、拉条设置,避免了一些常见的拉条设计错误。 关键词:轻型钢结构 门式钢架 内力分析
