摘 要

本文以旗山煤矿深井围岩巷道为工程背景,针对深部沿空留巷围岩稳定控制的相关问题,通过理论分析、实验室试验、数值计算等研究方法掌握的深部沿空留巷围岩变形破坏规律及建立的围岩控制模型,通过模型计算对旗山煤矿深部沿空留巷巷旁支护参数进行计算,在计算结果的基础上对深部沿空留巷巷旁支护材料进行研究,并通过实验室试验对不同配比条件下的材料强度进行研究,利用数值模拟确定合理的、满足要求的巷旁充填材料配比以及留巷宽度。经旗山矿94103等工作面现场工业性试验,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。沿空留巷围岩控制技术在旗山煤矿成功的应用实践,不仅提高了煤炭资源回收率、降低巷道掘进率、缓解采掘紧张关系,而且可以实现Y型通风,有效地实现了矿井的安全集约化高效生产。为解决徐州矿区煤矿深部开采引发煤与瓦斯突出事故等安全生产问题,深部沿空留巷技术提供了一个重要方法。

Abstract

Base on Qishan deep mine roadway surrounding rock engineering background for deep gob surrounding rock stability control related issues, through theoretical analysis, laboratory testing, numerical calculation methods to grasp the deep part of the gob rock deformation failure law and the establishment of the surrounding rock control model, by model calculation of Qishan coal mine for deep gob-side entry retaining roadside support parameters calculation, on the basis of the calculation results for research deep gob-side entry retaining roadside support materials, and through the laboratory test for research of different ratio of strength of materials under the condition of different ratio, numerical simulation is used to determine the reasonable and meet the requirements of the ratio of roadway-side packing material and roadway retained width. The other face Qishan mine site 94103 industrial test, and achieved good economic and social benefits. Gob coal mine rock control technology successfully applied in practice Qishan, not only improve the recovery rate of coal resources, reduce tunneling rate to ease tensions between mining and Y-type ventilation can be achieved effectively achieve intensive mine safety of efficient production. To solve Xuzhou Mining triggered deep mining of coal and gas outburst accident safety issues, deep gob technology provides an important way.
