在人们追求方便、卫生、安全以及环保的现代社会,一次性杯子在人们的日常生活中逐渐体现其优越性。并且随着一次性塑料杯的逐步退出现代消费市场,一次性纸杯正成为现代社会一次性杯子的主流,并也发展的趋势逐步进入到餐饮行业代替餐具容器。为满足日益增长的市场需求,纸杯成型机的研究、设计和改进工作也应与时俱进。 自动纸杯成型机通过自动送纸、冲底、注油、封合、预热、加热、翻底、滚花、卷边、退杯、出杯等连续工序生产出纸杯。本设计主要完成纸杯整体成型及其传动系统部分的设计,该部分主要包括纸杯的预热、加热、翻底、滚花、卷边和退杯工序。纸杯成型机本部分的动作主要通过四杆机构,凸轮机构,间歇机构等机构来完成。本设计将依次对纸杯成型机生产工艺过程分析,各个功能实现以及执行机构的确选择、纸杯成型机总体传动方案的确定,并在此基础上进行传动系统零件的设计计算,主要对带传动、链传动、凸轮传动、偏心轮传动、弧面凸轮分度间歇机构以及主轴进行详细的设计计算。本设计对纸杯成型机的工作原理作了详细的介绍,并通过设计计算确定其主要参数和结构。
该自动纸杯成型机结构合理,操作方便,功耗较小,效率较高,性能稳定,能进一步满足目前日益增长的市场要求。

In the modern society, with people’s pursuit of convenience, health, safety, and
environmental protection, sanitary cups gradually show its superiority in people's daily life. And as the disposable plastic cup regularly withdraw from the modern consumer market, paper cup is becoming the mainstream of one-off cup and enter the catering industry instead of cutlery containers. To meet the growing market demand, the research, design and improvement of the paper cup forming machine should also be advanced with the times. The automatic paper cup forming machine produces paper cups through continuous process of automatic document feeder, red bottom, oiling, sealing, preheat, heating, turn the bottom, knurling, curling, exit cup and dump cup etc. The main purpose of the design is to design the overall shape of the paper cup and the transmission system which include the process of paper cups’ preheating, heating, turn the bottom, knurling, curling, and exit cup. To finish this part of paper cup forming machine, a typical linkage, chain transmission, belt
transmission, cam mechanisms and intermittent institutions are used. This design will design and calculate transmission components on the basis of the analysis of paper cup forming machine’s process, achievement of different functions, the selection of implementing agencies and determination of the overall transmission scheme. The main content is to design and calculate V belt, chain, sprocket, cam, eccentric wheel, spindle, cam Globoidal intermittent indexing agencies and principal axis detailedly. The design makes a detailed introduction about the working principle of paper cup forming machine, and determines the main parameters and structures through design and calculation.
