摘 要

孟家沟铁矿选矿厂年处理量为40万吨原矿,给矿粒度为300~0mm,选厂设计为一次性平地建厂。

孟家沟铁矿主要矿物为磁铁矿,磁铁矿占36.5%左右,采用单一磁选工艺,磁铁矿粒度为0.1毫米左右,选用阶段磨矿,阶段选别流程。原矿品位为21.96%。矿石经第一段磨矿分级溢流进入第一段磁选,磁选产品品位为51.00%,产率为33.59%,回收率为78.00%;粗选产品再经过浓缩磁选,产品品位为53.90%,产率为60.62%,回收率为148.80%;然后磁选产品再进入第二段磨矿,之后对细粒磁铁矿进行第二段磁选;磁选产品品位为57.7%,产率为55.33%,回收率为144.90%;第二段磁选产品再经细筛,精矿品位可达62.1%,产率为25.81%,回收率为73.00%,筛下产品经过第三段磁选,磁选产品品位为63.4%,产率为25.00%,回收率为72.2%;第三段磁选产品再经第四段磁选,精矿品位可达64.8%,回收率为24.47%,产率为72.2%;最后产品再经过磁重选别,精矿品味66.5%,产率为23.11%,回收率为80%
