关于国家绿色建筑一星级项目设计的探讨(二)

摘要: 本文以上海张江集电港实际项目为例介绍了一星级绿色建筑设计标识，从环境方面分析了其标准的得分点。用户可通过本文介绍，并结合自身项目的特点，在绿色建筑环境设计中合理选择得分点，达到一星级绿色建筑的环境设计要求。希望能给要做一星级绿色建筑的企业提供参考，给设计单位在环境设计上提供满足得分点要求的方法。 关键词：一星级绿色建筑；节地与室外环境；室内环境质量 Discussion about one star project design of the national green building ——In-depth analysis of the green building environment design Zhang Bao-zhi

Abstract: In this paper, the green building design label is introduced, and from the environment, its standard score point is also analyzed. By reading it, users can choice the score points reasonably in environment design according to the characteristics of their own project, in order to meet both the requirements of green building and the goal of controlling the project budget. Hope this paper can provide reference to the companies who want to design green building, and the way to design company to achieve the score points in environment.
