前 言
中国电信移动业务在线计费协议是在充分研究和分析国内外在线计费协议基础上，基于中国电信移动业务在线计费的需求，参考3GPP、IETF等国际标准组织的在线计费接口协议规范编制的。
本方案是中国电信移动业务在线计费协议OCP规范，为中国电信移动业务在线计费系统总体技术方案的组成部分，是在线计费协议实施的标准规范文件。整个在线计费系统技术方案主要包括：
