摘要
为了提高生产效率,便于储存和加工,降低生产成本,提高产品质量等目的,通常对一些产品进行干燥处理。干燥设备因此产生,现如今市场上出现了各种各样的干燥设备,回转圆筒干燥机是一种传统的也是应用最广泛的一种干燥设备。
本文是根据干燥过程的基本原理,针对其它机型的特点和社会的需求,在已有成功设计实例的基础上,参考以前设计者的经验和结论,进行的设计。在设计中,以回转圆筒干燥机为研究对象,分析了其它干燥机的不同特点以及存在的问题,由此探讨回转圆筒干燥机的设计。
在深入了解回转圆筒干燥机的功能原理基础上,针对设计中遇到的不同问题,本文在计算过程中对此进行了计算和说明;另外,分析了此类型干燥机的动力学参数,并对在机器运作过程中容易出现问题的一些部位,在设计中进行了力学分析和疲劳验算。
回转圆筒干燥机是在热空气的作用下对物料进行干燥,将物料由高端送入,低端下侧出料,此过程中通入热风进行干燥,最终达到干燥物料的目的。原料从圆筒一端(高端)上部加入,经过圆筒内部时,与通过筒内的热空气接触而被干燥,干燥后的产品从另一端(低端)底部收集。其主体部分是略带倾斜并能回转的筒体。在干燥过程中,物料借助于圆筒的缓缓转动,由于重力作用,物料向底端移动。筒体内部的抄板,将物料扬起、抛下,使物料与热气充分接触,提高干燥速率。
由于回转圆筒干燥机已被成功广泛应用于生产实践,因此本文在设计时引用了其他一些设计老师的实验方法和结论。
