摘要
工程量清单计价方法是建设工程在招投标中，招标人按照国家统一的工程量计算规则提供工程数量，由投标人依照工程量清单自主报价，并按照经济评审低价中标的工程造价方式。随着我国市场经济体制的不断发展，工程量清单计价方式必将得到广泛的应用，工程量清单及编制也是招标人和投标人都应加以研究和解决的问题。 本设计依据国标《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》，对某住宅楼工程概预算采用工程量清单的计价方式，编制了分部分项工程量清单、措施项目清单、其他项目清单、分部分项工程量清单计价表、措施项目清单计价表、其他项目清单计价表、分部分项工程量清单综合单价分析表等内容。综合单价分析是工程量清单计价的重要内容，它综合了直接工程费、间接费、有关文件的综合调价、材料价差、利润、风险金、税金等费用。当工程量发生变更时，易于查询，能够反映企业的技术能力和管理水平。
工程量清单的编制力求做到实物工程量准确，表现形式符合工程量清单规范。

Abstract
Project inventory valuation method is the construction project bidding, tender in accordance with the national unified engineering calculation rule for the quantity of work, by the bidders in accordance with the list of independent engineering Price, in accordance with the economic assessment and the successful low cost manner. As China's market economic system continues to develop, the project inventory valuation method will be widely used. Quantities and the preparation method is tender and the bidder should study and resolve the problem. This design \GB code, generally budgets to some housingbuilding project uses the resilience detailed list the idea price way,has established the branch sub-item resilience detailed list, themeasure project detailed list, other project detailed lists, thebranch sub-item resilience detailed list taximeter, the measureproject detailed list taximeter, other project detailed listtaximeters, content and so on branch sub-item resilience detailed listsynthesis unit price analytical table. The comprehensive unit priceanalysis is the resilience detailed list counts the price theimportant content, it synthesized the direct engineering cost, theindirect expense, the related document synthesis has adjusted prices,material expense and so on price difference, profit, risk gold, taxmoney. When the resilience has the change, is easy to inquire, canreflect the enterprise the technical ability and the management level.
The resilience detailed list establishment makes every effort toachieve in kind resilience to be accurate, the manifestation conformsto the resilience detailed list standard.
