【摘 要】 本设计为北大科技园包头基地1#楼,该楼位于包头市青山装备园区内,作为机械装备制造的通用厂房。基于对抗震性能与施工简便的考虑,设计为一幢四层钢-混凝土组合结构的建筑。分析了建筑图纸,借助PKPM软件对整幢建筑进行了建模计算。在PKPM给出的计算信息的基础之上,查阅规范的规定,对该幢建筑的第二标准层中的单向板B1、双向板B2进行了设计验算。采用内隔板式节点作为主梁KL2与钢管混凝土柱GZ1的连接方式,并验算了节点的抗剪承载力和抗弯强度。设计验算了主梁KL2与次梁CL3高强螺栓双剪连接。采用双跑板式楼梯完成了1#楼梯的设计。最后根据PKPM底层柱最大组合内力图,设计计算了其中一个柱下独立基础。

Structure Design of the 1# Building in Peking

【Abstract】 This design is 1# building in Peking University Science Park Baotou base, this building is located in Qingshan equipment zone of Baotou ,as GM plant to manufacture machinery and equipment. Based on the considerations about seismic performance and simple construction ,designed as a four-storey building with steel - concrete composite structures. Analysis of the architectural drawings ,use the PKPM software to model calculations the whole building. On the basis of the calculated information from PKPM, and Check out the specification, to design and checking calculation the one-way slab B1 and two-way slab B2 in the second standard layer of this building. Use interior diaphragm connection as connection of the main beam KL2 and concrete filled steel tubular column GZ1 ,and checking calculation the shear capacity and bending strength of the joint. Design and checking calculation of the girders KL2 and secondary beams CL3 with high strength bolt double-shear connection. Completed 1 # stairway design with the plate and double-run stair. Finally,according to the maximum internal force combination graph of bottom post where from PKPM ,to design calculation a single foundation under column in the building. 【Key Words】 steel frame structure,basement,joint,stair,slab
