3 结 论
通过气质联用方法分析了甘肃定西岷县产黄芪挥发油成分,共分离出九十二种化合物,占总组分质量分数的89.46%(结果见表2.3)。主要有十六酸(41.65 %) 9,12-亚油酸(13.39%) 。
从结果发现,黄芪挥发油成分与文献报道差异较大,这很可能是由于产地不同所致。

4 讨 论
本实验通过水蒸气蒸馏法提取黄芪挥发油,并对所得挥发油用气相色谱-质谱的方法进行了分析。采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油方法经典成熟,不易造成污染,提取过程发现因药材质轻易浮于水面上。因此在浸泡过程中需要不断搅拌,使药材组织细胞充分膨胀。
