摘要

本工程为三级负荷,供电电源均引自小区变电站,电压等级为380V/220V,采用树干式供电,供电电源引自小区内变电站。

设计内容包括强电和弱电设计两个部分。其中,强电设计包括:配电系统的设计、照明系统设计、插座系统设计及防雷与接地系统的设计;弱电设计包括:有线电视系统的设计、消防系统设计。

照明系统按环保节能标准设计,其中包括照度计算、灯具的选择、照明干线、插座导线截面积的选择以及导线的敷设方式。插座系统按高档住宅标准设计。插座回路与照明回路由不同支路供电,一般插座安装高度为0.3米,空调插座距地高度为1.8米以上,潮湿场所应装设防潮、防溅型的插座接地系统采用TN—C—S系统。防雷系统设计在屋面上装设避雷针与避雷带相结合的接闪器。弱电系统包括消防系统、有线电视系统、电话通信系统、宽带网络系统。所有设计满足用户要求。建筑物为第三类防雷建筑。

Electrical design of a villa

Abstract

The project is the three class load, power supply from the transformer substation, voltage level for the 380V\\/220V, the trunk type power supply, the power supply from the area of substation.

The design includes two parts of strong and weak electricity design. Among them, including: power distribution system design, lighting system design, socket system design and lighting protection and grounding system design; weak design include: the design of cable television system, fire fighting system.

Lighting design by environmental and efficiency standards, including illumination calculation, the choice of lamps, lighting line, socket wire cross-sectional area and the choice of wire laying method. Socket system design according to the high-grade residential standards. Outlet circuit and lighting back to the routing of different branch power supply socket is installed, the general height is 0.3 meters, air-conditioning outlet height of 1.8 meters, damp places should be equipped with moisture-proof, splash-proof socket type grounding system using TN - C - S system. Lightning protection system design in roof installed lightning and lightning with a combination of air-termination system. Weak current system including fire system, cable TV, telephone communication system, broadband network system. All the design to meet user requirements. For the third type of building lightning protection building.
