摘 要
本工程为青岛望海花园综合写字楼设计,拟采用框架结构体系,主体结构为五层,主体结构标高18.60m,总建筑面积约为4250.15m2。在设计中粱、板、柱、基础均采用现浇钢筋混凝土结构。设计参考相关资料和最新的国家标准并认真考虑影响设计的各项因素,严格遵循相关规范,做到“实用、安全、经济、美观”。
本设计主要包括建筑设计和结构设计两个部分。建筑设计部分主要包括建筑平面、立面、剖面的设计,楼梯大样,细部详图等;结构设计方面包括了结构的平面布置、结构构件的配筋设计,具体有梁板柱设计、楼梯间计算、内力组合、框架配筋等方面。最后,使用专业软件对手算的结果进行了校核。最后依据计算结果,结合相应的结构构造要求,绘制结构施工图和建筑施工图,写出相应的设计说明以及结构设计计算书。

Abstract
This works for the Qingdao Sea-view Garden office building design, intends to use frame structure, main structure for five layer, the main structure of the height 18.60m, with a total construction area of about 4250.15m2. The cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure were used in the design of beam plate column and foundation. This design mainly includes two parts of the architectural design and structural design. Architectural design mainly includes the design of building plane, elevation, section, stairs of the sample, details, etc.; structural design includes structural layout, structural reinforcement design, beam design, staircase calculation, internal force combination, frame reinforcement on the specific. Finally, the results of the use of professional software opponents are checked. Finally according to the calculated results, combined with corresponding structural codes, draw the structure construction drawing and construction drawing, write the corresponding design and structure calculations.
