#1- Drawing / Print: Need to confirm the latest revision level drawings available. Require all assembly, sub-assembly and individual component drawings are provided from customer. 图纸：需要确认并获得最新版本的图纸，要求客户提供所有组件，分部组件和子件的图纸
#2- Critical Material: Need to identify material requirements for the project to confirm availability in China and available material substitutions; this should include any supplied material as well as the manufacturer (such as steel mill, paint manufacturer or OSP) of this material. 关键材料：需要识别该项目的材料要求并确认在国内可购买以及有可用的替代材料，此要求除了制造商如钢厂，涂料厂商或外协厂商外，还需包含其它原材料及物料
#3- Customer Standards & Specifications: Acquire all customer standards, specifications and requirements for the part numbers being considered for quoting purposes. Ask for the following customer documents: Supplier Quality Manual, Specifications listed on drawing / print, PPAP, Material Certificate Requirements or any third party test requirements.
客户标准及规格：对正在评估报价的项目料号取得客户标准，规范和要求。获得客户相关文件：如供应商质量手册，列在图纸上的规范清单，PPAP，材料认证要求或任何第三方测试要求

#4- Surface Treatments: Need to acquire the customer’s final finishing requirements for each produced component or assembly. These customer requirements can include items such as a Paint Specification, Surface Roughness Level, Use of Rust Inhibitor (application, type & manufacturer), Galvanization, E-Coating, E-Polish or other finishing requirements.
表面处理：需要获得客户所有生产的子件和组件的加工要求。这些客户要求应该包括如喷涂规范，表面粗糙度等级，防锈剂的使用（应用，规格型号和制造），电镀锌，镀膜，抛光或其它表面加工要求。
#5- Special Quality Requirements: Need to acquire any special testing or measuring requirement that may require investment in a Third Party Test or equipment. Examples of this are Paint Color (Colorimeter), Paint Gloss Meter, Ultrasonic Weld Test (UT), Magnetic Particle Weld Test (MP), Dye Penetrant Weld Test (DP), Salt Spray Testing, Any Life Test, Fixtures or Go / No Go gages.
特殊的质量要求：需要获得任何需经由第三方测试or 设备器材的特殊量测要求。例如涂料颜色（色度计），涂料光泽仪，超声焊接测试，磁粉焊接测试，染色渗透液焊接测试，盐雾测试，耐久试验，夹具仪器…等
#6- EAU- Need to acquire the total number of components that will need to be produced for the year as well as investigate previous year’s production levels
年用量：研究统计前一年生产水准，并且获得今年所有即将生产的零件总数量
#7- Packaging: Acquire customer’s packaging plan or specification. Ask “how will the product be utilized upon delivery?”, how will the product be unloaded, stored, placed on assembly line or sent directly to end user.
包装：获得客户的包装计划或规范，询问交付的产品在客户端如何使用？产品将如何卸货，在产线上如何储存，放置或直接移交到终端使用者手上
#8- Transportation Requirements: Will this be a local or overseas shipment. What are the shipping requirements; i.e. use their forwarder or our own, trucking company to use etc. etc.
运输要求：是出货到当地还是国外，运输要求是什么？是使用客户的运输装置还是我们自己的，还是请运输公司？
#9- Special Technical Requirements: This deals with any type of special tooling, machining, processing or other OSP work. This can include a customer approved vendor only for special treatments or processing.
特殊的技术要求：此涉及任何形式的专用工艺装备，机械加工，工艺，或其它外协加工，此包括针对特殊处理的工艺，客户认可的供应商
#10- Requirements for Appointed Suppliers: Need to acquire the customer’s expectations on any customer approved supplier. Need to understand the criteria used to identify conforming and non-conforming products. 指定供应商的要求：任何客户认可的供应商需得到客户的同意。需要了解合格与不合格产品的鉴别标准
