射频消融联合支气管动脉灌注化疗在晚期非小细胞肺癌治疗中的临床疗效分析

[摘要] 目的 研究射频消融术联合支气管动脉灌注化疗在晚期非小细胞肺癌治疗中的临床疗效。 方法 以2011年3月—2014年5月该院收治的50例患者为研究对象，随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组26例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者在CT定位引导之下行射频消融治疗，1周后再经再行经皮支气管动脉灌注多西他赛进行化疗，观察疗效；选择同期单纯采用多西他赛进行化疗相同化疗方案的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者24例作为对照组。比较两组患者在治疗的有效率及生存效率、不良反应。结果 通过实验对实验组和对照组的统计，实验组数据高于对照组，并联合每组进行检验，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 通过实验发现射频消融联合支气管动脉灌注化疗是治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的一种有效方法。 [关键词] 肺癌；射频消融；灌注化疗
[中图分类号] R730 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）02（c）-0005-02 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of radiofrequency ablation combined with bronchial artery infusion chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 50 patients admitted to the hospital from March 2011 to May 2014 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. 26 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer in the experimental group underwent CT-guided radiofrequency ablation， then chemotherapy with Docetaxel infused by percutaneous bronchial artery one week later. And the effect was observed. 24 patients in the control group underwent only chemotherapy with Docetaxel infused by percutaneous bronchial artery during the same period of treatment. And the treatment efficiency， survival efficiency and side effects were compared between the two groups. Results It was showed by the experimental statistics that the data of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group， and conducted joint inspection in each group， with a statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion It was found that radiofrequency ablation combined with bronchial artery infusion chemotherapy is an effective method for the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.

自2000年首次提出通过射频消融（简称RFA）来治疗肺癌以来，已经被广泛的应用。该方法其具有创伤小，杀伤范围大、操作简单、不良反应小等特点，可治疗多个肿瘤的优点。同时经支气管动脉灌注（简称BAI）化疗其具有安全、简单和高效的特点，从而在临床治疗中应用非常广泛。但是单纯的采用化疗方法其取得的效果不太理想。对此该研究采用RFA联合
