摘 要
综合性城市地图集的编制是一项复杂的系统工程，图集信息量丰富，涉及学科较多，表现手法多种多样。期间既要充分体现其完整性、综合性、统一协调性等基本地图学理论要求，又要在图集的思想性、科学性和实用性方面力求创新。本文分别简要介绍了ArcMap、地图集的特点和功能；并根据绍兴市的自然和人文环境、社会经济发展状况的特征，设计了面向大众的，符合绍兴市风貌的地图集内容结构及编排次序；详细阐述了绍兴市地势图和交通图的编制过程。在设计和编制过程中灵活地运用地图语言，采用高新技术手段，充分利用信息资源，通过多学科综合研究，协调运用大量基础地理数据和多种专业研究成果，最终编制出这部集科学性、知识性、实用性于一体的地图集。
本地图集作为一本内容丰富的综合性地图集，既能满足广大读者了解绍兴的迫切需要，又能为全市各级政府、职能部门、各企事业单位做好各项工作提供必要的参考。为城市规划、管理、经济开发、环境保护、科研及城市发展预测等方面提供科学依据, 为国家正确制定城市的发展战略决策提供重要参考资料。 关键词：地图集； 设计； 编绘； ArcMap
ABSTRACT
The design and formation comprehensively of Atlas is a complex system engineering, Atlas of informative, involved disciplines, more expressive variety. During both fully reflect its integrity and basic cartography of the comprehensive and coherent theory requirements, ideological, scientific and practical aspects of the Atlas Innovation. This article briefly introduces the functions and characteristics of ArcMap, Atlas. According to the characteristics of Shaoxing City, natural and human environment and the development of the social economy, I designed this atlas which are for the mess, in line with Atlas Shaoxing style of content structure and arrangement order. Describes the procedure of the relief map and traffic map of Shaoxing City in detail. Flexible use of map language in the design and development process. Using high-tech means, making full use of information resources, through multidisciplinary research, coordinate the use of a large number of fundamental geographic data and a wide range of professional studies. Eventually produced this set scientific, informative, practical of Atlas.
Atlas as a content-rich and comprehensive atlas, both to satisfy the urgent needs of the readers understand Shaoxing and City Government, departments, enterprises and institutions at all levels to do the work necessary to refer. This Map is for urban planning, management, economic development, environmental protection, scientific research and prediction of urban developments to provide the scientific basis.
