水利水电工程上的成本控制措施探究
摘要：随着社会经济的不断进步，水利水电行业也发展的十分迅速，目前水利水电工程施工行业竞争日趋激烈，这促使很多企业意识到了降低工程项目成本的重要性，但是由于在工程设计和施工阶段缺乏有效的成本控制措施，很多工程成本始终没有得到有效控制。笔者作为一名水工设计人员主要就当前水利水电工程成本控制中的问题进行了一些总结和探讨，并着重提出了工程设计阶段成本控制的有效举措。
关键词：水利水电 ；设计阶段； 施工阶段 ；成本控制 ；措施 abstract: with the progress of social economy, water conservancy and hydropower industry is developing rapidly, the current water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce, which prompted many enterprises realized the importance of reducing project cost, but because of the lack of effective cost control measures in engineering design and construction stage, a lot of engineering cost has not been effectively control. the author as a hydraulic design personnel mainly on the current cost control in water conservancy and hydroelectric power engineering problems are summarized and discussed, and emphatically puts forward effective measures to control the cost of engineering design
