MessageType：报文类型代码， MT5201 空运进口理货 MT5202 空运出口理货
SenderID：发送方代码，使用企业在海关备案的代码，备案规则为：4 位备案关区代码+9 位企业组织机构代码，其中不得有“-”等字符。
ReceiverID：接受方代码，填写接收报文海关的4 位关区号。
SendTime：报文发送时间，采用精确到毫秒的时间格式，格式为YYYYMMDDHHmmssfff。 Version：报文版本号，目前版本为1.0。
