持续性动词:表示一种可以持续的行为过程或状态 动作动词 终止性动词:表示行为或者过程是短暂瞬间完成的
动词:是用来描述主语的动作行为或状态的词,在句中作谓语,是句子不可缺少的部分,用来说明主语是什么,什么状态,在做什么。英语中的动词有不同形式,这些形式与动词发生的时间或者是主动被动相关。
持续性动词和终止性动词的用法:
1 持续性动词可用表示一段时间的状语修饰,而终止性动词不可以。
2 有时,终止性动词也能同表示一段时间的时间状语搭配,一种情况是表示在一段时间内的某个时间“点”,一种是否定句。
3 终止性动词一般不用于while引导的时间状语从句中。

4 持续性动作表示一时的动作,可在该佛那个词前加get/begin/come to. Eg: they begin to see that they had made a serious mistake.
