摘 要
现代涂料的发展方向是高效能、高性能、无公害、高环保、低污染、节能且符合可持续发展。
本论文以丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸、和甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯为单体,用乳液聚合的方法合成了一种可光固化水性丙烯酸酯树脂乳液,与亚硫酸氢钠封端的MDI混合制备了水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯涂料,考察了反应温度,乳化剂,搅拌速率及单体配比等对乳液聚合的影响,研究了丙烯酸酯乳液与MDI的配比对漆膜性能的影响。用红外光谱( IR ) 分析了共聚乳液的结构,用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)测试了共聚物的热性能。结果表明:在80℃时,加入1gOP-10和0.6g十二烷基硫酸钠在150转/分的转速下,各个单体配比合成的乳液性能最好。

In this thesis, butyl acrylate, methacrylic acid, and methyl methacrylate as monomer, by emulsion polymerization to synthesize a kind of light curable waterborne acrylic resin emulsion, and Sodium Bisulfite terminated MDI was prepared by mixing aqueous polyurethane acrylate coatings, the reaction temperature, emulsifier, stirring rate and the molar ratio of monomers on emulsion polymerization of acrylic emulsion, and the ratio of MDI on the properties of coating. Using infrared spectroscopy (IR) analysis of the structure of copolymer emulsion, using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) thermal properties of the copolymers tested. The results showed that: at 80 ℃, adding 1gOP-10 and 0.6g twelve sodium dodecyl sulfate at 150 rpm, each monomer film performance is the synthesis of the best.
