摘 要

中国是焦炭生产大国。我国的煤炭资源丰富种类齐全,但是存在煤种分布不均,非炼焦煤储量较多而优质的炼焦煤资源偏少的现象。随着各种新型炼焦技术的不断发展,特别是大型捣固技术的广泛应用,炼焦煤在结焦过程中往往产生过高的膨胀压力,严重影响焦炉的顺利运行并且缩短焦炉的使用寿命。为了合理利用我国的炼焦煤资源,研究炼焦原料煤的性质对膨胀压力的影响是十分必要的,有利于维护现有的焦炉和指导开发新的炼焦工艺。

本文通过自制的仪器设备,研究了不同炼焦煤在相同的实验条件下膨胀压力的变化情况以及不同堆密度的各单种煤及配合煤的膨胀压力的变化情况。实验结果表明,随着堆密度的增加,炼焦煤在结焦过程中的膨胀压力有了不同程度的增加。例如:新建煤在堆密度分别为0.7t/m3, 1.0t/m3时,其在炼焦过程中的最大膨胀压力分别为4.29Kpa,459.96Kpa。炼焦煤在结焦过程中生成的胶质体是产生膨胀压力的根本原因,炼焦煤的最大膨胀压力与煤料黏结性和结焦性的优劣保持一致,煤料黏结性和结焦性越好,最大膨胀压力越大。配合煤在炼焦过程中的最大膨胀压力没有加和性。

ABSTRACT

China is the largest producer of coke and is rich in coal resources range, but has the phenomenon of uneven distribution of coal, coking coal reserves more than high-quality coking coal resources less. With the continuous development of various new coking technology, especially the wide application of large stamping technology, coking coal in the coking process often generates expansion pressure is too high, the service life of the smooth operation of the serious influence of coke oven and shorten the coke oven. In order to make rational use of China's coking coal resources, researching the properties of coking coal on the expansive pressure is essential, which is conducive to the maintenance of existing coke oven coking process and guide the development of new.

In this paper, the different coking coal swelling pressure and change of every single coal of different bulk density and expansion of the pressure of coal under the same experimental conditions have been studied through the self-made equipment. The experimental results show that, with the increase of bulk density, expansion pressure of coking coal in the coking process with different degrees of increase. For example: coal in bulk density were 0.7t/m3, 1.0t/m3, in the coking process, the maximum expansion pressure are respectively 4.29Kpa, 459.96Kpa. Colloid generation in coking coal coking process is the basic cause of the expansion pressure, maximum swelling pressure and quality of coal caking property coal for coking coal is consistent, bonding and coking is better, the maximum expansion of greater pressure. With the maximum swelling pressure of coal without additivity in the coking process.
