短版印刷工艺方案研究
摘 要
为进一步推广数码短版印刷，不断提高数码短版印刷的印刷产品质量，达到数码短版印刷工艺的数据化和规范化实施，本文在全面介绍数字化印刷及其设备的基础上，对数码短版印刷的基本概念、工作原理、数码短版印刷工艺、数码短版印刷的核心技术及与传统胶印的区别等进行了论述，并提出了生产、设备、工艺等优化方案，为数码印刷在生产中的推广应用提供参考依据。

Short run printing process scheme
ABSTRACT
In this paper, on the basis of the introduction of digital printing equipment, the basic concept of digital short run printing, the working principle of the printing process, the core technology of the digital short run printing and the difference with the traditional offset printing are discussed. Its main purpose is to do some basic research data and standardized digital short run printing process, the main significance is to vigorously promote digital short run printing, digital short run printing continuously improve the quality of printed products to further promote the use of domestic digital printing printed materials, and laid the scientific basis of practice for the localization of digital printing.
Depth experimental study of digital short-run printing press printing process design, parameter setting, printing material selection; digital short run printing using the localization of printed materials is entirely possible, but different process parameters must be set for different materials: the domestic printed materials basic process parameters. The experimental conclusions guidance actual print production, provides a theoretical and practical basis for further study of digital printing technology.
