摘 要

卧式枕型自动包装机是一种用于包装产品,使产品增长其保质期,增加产品美观度的一种包装设备,该机械是集自动裹包物品,封口,切断与一体,是一种高效率的连接式的包装机;广泛应用于食品、化工、日用品、医药、小五金等部门。随着人们对包装的需求多样化、个性化,卧式枕型自动包装机的应用愈加普遍。

传动系统设计,作为一个动作执行系统,动力是必不可少的,当然对动力的传递系统也就显得尤其重要了。系统功能中要实现机械手转位、血袋的供送、供纸、制袋、纵封、横封与切断、 成品的输出传送等功能,它们都需要不同大小的动力,这就需要传动系统的调节。

本文在分析卧式枕型自动包装机的包装工艺和使用要求的基础上,通过对关键部件的理论分析,提出一种实用、简单、可靠和通用的传动系统,将单一包装尺寸拓展为袋长和产量可调的结构形式;对供送薄膜结构、中封牵引器结构、端封切断器结构等关键部件的设计原理、结构特点等做了较为详细的研究和设计;本文对零部件建模,通过构建的运动模型,分析各机构的运动学规律,提出可行的优化结构满足包装工艺;对关键部件提出完整的设计方法。

ABSTRACT

Horizontal Pillow Type Automatic Packing Machine is a product used for packaging, the product increase its shelf life, increase the aesthetics of a product packaging equipment. The machine is a automatic wrapping materials, sealing, cutting and integration, is an efficient connection-style packaging machine: especially used in food, chemical, daily necessities, medicine, hardware and other departments. With the diverse needs of the people on the packaging, personalization, horizontal pillow type automatic packaging machine applications become more widespread.

Transmission system design, as an action execution system, power is essential, of course, also on the power delivery system is especially important. System functions to achieve the mechanical hand translocation, bag of blood for delivery, for paper, bag, vertical and horizontal sealing off, the output of finished products transfer functions, they all require different sized power, which requires the regulation of transmission .
