利用线阵CCD测量物体的振动实验

摘 要

本论文在探讨CCD的基本结构、工作原理、信号处理及其在线阵传感器中的应用的基础上,对线阵检测技术,特别是基于线阵CCD的特征标志线阵检测技术进行了较为广泛和深入的理论研究。本设计是现代检测技术中线阵检测的应用,对声光效应和图像传感器有机结合的一套测试仪。传统线阵检测技术己难以满足检测要求。因此,特征标志线阵检测技术的理论研究及应用研究具有一定学科前沿性,同时,也具有重要和广泛的实际应用前景。本测试仪包括以下几个部分:1、半导体激光发生器,2、超声波发生器,3、线阵CCD器件,4、电路部分,5、数据采集系统,6、计算机系统。半导体激光器产生激光通过受超声波扰动的介质后发生衍射,衍射光进入线阵CCD器件转化为电信号,电信号经过放大处理和A/D 转化后输入到单片机中,最后经过USB100输入到计算机系统进行数据处理。

Abstract

This thesis focuses on the photoelectric testing technology,especially the technology on the characteristic symbol of linear CCD on the base of deep discussing on the structure and principle of CCD、the signal processing and the application of the photoelectric sensor. This design which is the application of modern photoelectric testing technology is the measuring instrument on synthesizing of the acousto-optic effect and the image sensor. The fundamental and applied research on the characteristic symbol photoelectric testing technology is certainly on the leading edge of the discipline because that it is hard for traditional photoelectric testing technology to satisfy the testing request. Simultaneously,it also has the important and widespread practical application prospect. This measuring instrument mainly includes several parts: 1、Semiconductor laser generator,2、ultrasonic generator, 3、linear CCD,4、electric circuit parts,5、data acquisition system ,6、computer system. The laser which produced by the Semiconductor laser generator creates diffraction after receiving the supersonic wave disturbance in the medium. The diffraction light transforms to the electrical signal by entering the linear CCD. The electrical signal enters in the monolithic integrated circuit after enlargement processing and transforming by the A/D transformation component. Finally,the signal inputs to the computer system through USB100 for data processing.
