摘要
在航空服务工作中，服务的对象身份、年龄、身体状况千差万别，不同的旅客在旅行的过程中需要不同的服务。儿童是航空服务实践中最为特殊的服务对象人群之一，需要航空服务人员对其进行特殊的照顾。本文中，对不同年龄段的儿童旅客的特点进行了概括和分析，并针对不同年龄阶段的儿童旅客的特点介绍了服务中应当遵循的原则和采取的措施。进行这样的研究，最终目的是为了更好为旅客服务，希望本文中的内容能够具备实践价值，为从事航班服务的工作人员有所启发，提升服务质量，为儿童旅客带来更加贴心和优质的服务。

ABSTRACT
In airline service work, the object of service, age and physical condition vary widely, and different passengers need different services during the trip. Children are one of the most special service subjects in aviation service practice, and special care needs to be taken by aviation service personnel. This article, the different age groups has carried on the summary and analysis of the characteristics of passengers, and according to the characteristics of the children of different age stages the passengers shall follow the principle of the in service are introduced and the measures taken. Such research, finally the purpose is to better service for passengers, the contents of the hope that this article can have practical value, to inspire staff engaged in the service, improve service quality, bring children passengers more close and the high quality service.

航空服务更加贴心周到，满足旅客需要的同时也能提高航空服务团队整体的形象，带给旅客更加深刻的印象，进而提升航空公司在旅客中的好感度。
在航空飞行的过程中，航空服务人员要为旅客提供帮助，照顾旅客在旅行过程中的服务需求。在航空服务的过程中，有一些特殊旅客，不仅需要航空服务人员提供常规的服务，还需要航空服务人员在航行的过程中予以特殊的照顾。在航空服务中。老、弱、病、残人士，存在晕机、休克等情况的旅客都属于特殊旅客。在特殊旅客人群中，身体健康问题是这类人士需要特殊照顾的普遍原因，而儿童旅客作为特殊旅客人群中的一支，又有其独特性，需要特别研究和特别对待。儿
童旅客的服务工作细致而又重要，需要引起航空服务人员的重视。航空服务人员在工作中要端正态度，学着从儿童的生活习惯与心理活动出发，为儿童旅客提供合适的服务，使他们在旅途中感受到舒适和安全，降低他们在飞行过程中的紧张与不适感。
