基于ARM9的CMOS图像采集系统的设计

摘 要

在当今,电子设备的功能不断强大,传统的图像采集的方式主要限制于拍照,而这也越来越不能满足人们要求,基于嵌入式的实时图像采集的方法因为其实时性,便携性,以及网络传输性受到广大用户的好评和欢迎,成为近年来的技术热点,不断受到人们的重视。今天的ARM系列芯片价格相低廉,功能强大,其性价比的绝对优势使在以ARM9微处理器为核心的系统平台上实现图像采集系统的设计已经成为可能

本文从实际应用出发,采用32位ARM9微处理器S3C2440A作为CPU来控制其他功能模块,设计了基于ARM9的CMOS图像采集系统,主要功能模块有CPU模块、存储模块、以太网传输模块、图像传感器模块等,实现了图像的采集功能以及对数据的网络传输进行了设计。与传统的“图像采集卡-PC-终端控制设备”模式的机器视觉系统相比,具有体积小、成本低、功耗低、实时性强、设计灵活等优点。

Abstract

Nowadays, the functions of the Electronic equipments are growing more and more powerful. The traditional way of images collection is only limited to taking pictures. And this cannot meet more and more people’s requirements. The CMOS Image Data Collection System Based on ARM because of features of real-time, portability, and network transmission attracts the user's praise and welcome, and become a recent hot technology, gaining much more attentions of people. With the chip’s prices of ARM is becoming lower and lower and the functions of ARM is becoming more and more powerful. The advantages of ratio make the use of ARM9 microprocessor as the core system platform to realize image acquisition system design come true.

This article from the actual application perspective, use the 32 bit ARM9 microprocessor S3C2440A as CPU to control other function modules and design The CMOS Image Data Collection System Based on ARM. The main function module is the CPU module, memory module, Ethernet transmission module, image sensor module and so on. Realize image acquisition function. And compare the traditional \equipment\consumption, strong real-time property, flexible design, etc.
