摘要
本设计是十六层小高层宾馆的建筑给排水设计,主要包括给水系统、排水系统、消火栓系统、自动喷淋系统。给水系统采用分区供水,一到四层为低区,由市政管网直接供水;五层到十六层为高区,由水泵从地下贮水池加压供水,由变频调速泵加压供水。给水系统管材使用PP-R塑料管材。排水系统采用污、废水合流制;一、二层裙房部分单独排水,排水立管不设专用通气管,管材使用铸铁管。消火栓系统采用临时高压供水系统,火灾初期10min消防用水量由屋顶消防水箱供给,消防水箱的水源由生活水泵从地下贮水池抽取;10min后启动消防水泵,从地下贮水池抽水供消火栓使用。自动喷淋系统设置3组湿式报警阀组,-1至4层共用一组,5至10层共用一组,11-16层共用一组。系统使用预作用报警系统,火灾前3min系统供水由屋顶水箱供给,3分钟后由水泵从地下贮水池抽取供给。 关键词:给水;排水;消火栓;自喷;高层建筑

Abstract
The design is a 16-storey high-rise hotel building water supply and drainage design, including water supply system, drainage system, fire hydrant system, automatic sprinkler system. Water supply system is partitioned, one to four for the low zone, directly from the municipal water supply pipe network; five to 16 are high areas, underground storage tank by the pump pressure from the water, pressurized water from the pump frequency control. Water supply system using the PP-R pipe plastic pipe. Drainage system with sewage, waste Combined; first and the second skirt part of a separate drainage, drainage riser with no special ventilation tube, pipe with cast iron pipe. The use of temporary high-pressure fire hydrant system, water supply systems, fire water from the roof of the fire early 10min supply fire water tank, fire pump tank water by the life taken from the underground storage tank; 10min after the start the fire pump, pumping from underground storage tank for fire hydrant use. Automatic sprinkler system set up three groups of pre-action alarm valve, -1 to share a set of Layer 2, Layer 3 to 9,10-16 share a common set of layers. System uses pre-action alarm system, fire system water supply from the roof before the 3min supply tank, 3 minutes from the underground storage tank by the pump taking supply.
