摘 要
本设计是采用逆向工程设计的思路,根据所给出的洗发水瓶盖塑件,测量出它的尺寸形状,利用UG软件绘制出塑件的外形结构(此塑件是注射成型),测量出精确尺寸并计算体积。分析塑件的结构及工艺特性,选择材料PP(Polypropylene)聚丙烯作为成型材料,在选择好材料的基础上分析其使用性能、成型性能和主要的性能指标。考虑到塑件的成型及其工艺参数,分析注射成型过程及注射工艺参数。通过分析塑件的结构中,选择的分型表面。以确定塑件数目和布置,以确定注射机的型号。计算浇注系统设计(包括浇注系统的浇口,流道,浇口设计和冷料)。然后再校核主流道的切速率。分析零件的形状及结构,计算出成型零件的尺寸,根据所计算出的尺寸,得出模架的外形,设计出排气槽,脱模结构,冷却系统,导向与定位结构,完成整套注塑模具设计。

ABSTRACT
This design is the use of reverse engineering, design ideas, according to plastic shampoo bottle given, measure its size and shape, using UG software to draw out the shape of the plastic parts of the structure (the plastic injection molding), measured The exact dimensions and calculate the volume.
