摘 要
数字钟已成为人们日常生活中必不可少的必需品，广泛用于个人家庭以及车站码头、剧场、办公室等公共场所，给人们的生活、学习、工作、娱乐带来极大的方便。由于数字集成电路技术的发展和采用了先进的石英技术，使数字钟具有走时准确、性能稳定、携带方便等优点，它还用于计时、自动报时及自动控制等各个领域。
可编程控制器（PLC）是以微处理为核心的通用工业控制装置，它将传统的继电器--接触器控制系统与计算机控制技术紧密结合，集计算机、控制、通信于一体，为工业自动化提供了几乎完美的现代化自动控制装置。
近几年，可编程控制器由于其优良的控制性能，极高的可靠性，在各行各业中的应用日益广泛普及。为此，各高校的电器自动化、电气工程、供用电技术、机电一体化等相关专业相继开设了有关可编程控制器原理及应用的课程。 本文是介绍数字显示电子钟，显示器采用七段LED显示器，共接入6位，从左至右分别表示秒、时、分的个、时位。采用BCD码驱动器CD4511把PLC输出的时、分、秒等显示BCD码变换成对应的显示器所要求的7段驱动信号。由于显示位数较多，故显示采用动态显示方式，PLC的输出类型为晶体管源输出（正逻辑），其中输出端子Y0～Y3输出第一组显示器的BCD信号，Y10～Y13输出第二组显示器的BCD信号，Y4～Y7依次为各组显示器的选通信号。

ABSTRACT
Digital clock has become the people daily life the essential necessities, widely used in personal family and the station, wharf, theater, office and other public places, brings great convenience to people's life, study, work, entertainment. Due to the development of digital integrated circuit technology and adopts the advanced quartz technology, enables the digital clock is accurate, stable performance, easy to carry, it is also used in various fields of timing, automatic alarm and automatic control etc.
Programmable logic controller (PLC) is a universal industrial control device with microprocessor as the core, it will be the traditional relay - contactor control system and computer control technology closely, computer, control, communication, provides automatic control device almost perfect modern industrial automation. In recent years, the programmable controller due to its excellent control performance, high reliability, used in all walks of life in the increasingly widespread. Therefore, the electrical automation, electrical engineering, power supply technology, mechatronics have opened the relevant principle and application of programmable logic controller course.
This article is mitsubishi electric clock, the display USES digital display of 7 LED display, two groups of eight access, including the first group (above) is used to indicate the four hours, points, from left to right, said the ten months, 10 days of bits and bytes,. Using the PLC CD4511 BCD driver output month, day, and classification of converting BCD display monitor requested of seven driver signal. Because of that, it shows more digits display mode by using dynamic, PLC output type transistor source output (for), which is logical Y0 output terminals output first group Y3 ~ Y10 signal monitor BCD Y13 ~ the second group displays output signal, Y4 ~ Y7 BCD in groups of communication, display.

前 言
PLC英文全称Programmable Logic Controller中文全称为可编程逻辑控制器，定义是一种数字运算操作的电子系统，专为在工业环境应用而设计的。是在计算机技术、通信技术和继电器控制技术的发展基础上开发起来的，现已广泛应用于工业控制的各个领域。它以微处理器为核心，用编写的程序进行逻辑控制、定时、计数和算术运算等，并通过数字量和模拟量的输入/输出来控制机械设备或生产过程。
可编程控制器（PLC）是以微处理为核心的通用工业控制装置，它将传统的继电器--接触器控制系统与计算机控制技术紧密结合，集计算机、控制、通信于一体，为工业自动化提供了几乎完美的现代化自动控制装置。
PLC自身具有完善的功能，模块化的结构，以及开发容易、操作方便、性能稳定、可靠性高的特点和较高的性价比，使其在工业生产中的应用前景广阔，而且随着集成电路的发展和网络时代的到来，PLC必将能够有更大的用武之地。
