薛村煤矿瓦斯抽放方法及抽放系统设计
摘要:本文针对峰峰集团薛村矿煤层存在的瓦斯涌出量大、瓦斯超限严重等问题,通过对瓦斯含量、透气性系数、流量衰减系数的实测,分析论证了薛村煤矿回采工作面煤层瓦斯抽放的必要性与可行性。根据矿井瓦斯涌出来源及构成分析,对回采工作面采用本煤层预抽和高位钻孔的方法进行抽采,掘进工作面采用边掘边抽的抽采方法;结合薛村煤矿工作面的布置,通过对抽放系统管网抽放量、管网阻力计算,优选了抽放系统管网布置,确定了与抽放能力相匹配的瓦斯抽放泵型号及配套电机。

The design of gas drainage methods and system of Xuecun mine
Abstract:in this paper, the rule of the town of Dashe,Fengfeng County Xuecun coal mining the second one extended the existing coal gas emission volume, gas gauge and serious issues, through the gas content, permeability coefficient, gas flow meters of drilling Measurement, analysis and appraisal of the Xuecun Coal Mine Coal Seam Gas Drainage necessity and feasibility.According to mine gas emission sources and composition analysis, mining working face layer of parallel holes with pre-drainage, shallow hole mining face extraction, partition type with driving face extraction, advanced extraction and gob buried on the corner Combined drainage tube drainage method; Anlin coal face with the layout, through the drainage volume drainage pipe network, pipeline network resistance calculation, optimization of the drainage pipe network layout, and drainage capabilities identified Model matching and matching gas drainage pump motor.
