3.3.5 Projection welding
焊接螺母以及焊接螺栓与钢板焊接后必须满足表6所示的最小头部拉力。焊接螺母,焊接螺栓同时必须满足表6所示的最小扭矩。焊接螺母,焊接螺栓的焊接强度原则上应用检验最小扭矩法,在有疑问或特别要求时才采用头部拉力试验法。
The welding of nuts and bolts as well as steel plate should reach the minimum head tensions listed in Table 6. Welding nuts and bolts should reach the minimum torque moments listed in Table 6. In principle, welding strengths of nuts and bolts should be inspected with the minimum torque method. Head tension test is adopted if there are doubts or special requirements.
表格适用于0.5~4 mm厚度的钢板,不同厚度钢板的要求值利用线性插入法计算得出。

In the working procedure of welding, the welding might be reworked since several welded seams do not conform to requirements. Therefore, a reworking technical chart should be formulated. 5 示意图 参考切片照片

切割点至少在焊缝开始之后或焊缝终端之前10mm的地方或在中间。 5.1 Section plane requirements
Cutting point should be 10mm after the start of welded seam or behind the end of welded seam, or at the middle of welded seam.

6 文件记录整理
将焊缝和点焊的检测结果整理到检查记录中。记录保存期限15年以上,切片保管6个月以上。 6. Document record arrangement
Inspection results of welded seam and spot welding should be recorded. The record should be stored for above 15 years, and cut samples above 6 months.
