摘 要
自1992年江苏省出现了第一家风险投资机构已经过去了二十几个年头，经过了最初的探索阶段和初步发展，风险投资在江苏省内已初具规模。风险投资对经济发展的贡献有目共睹，它推动了高新技术产业的发展，催生了如中国高速传动、南京红宝丽等一系列高新技术企业和诸如苏州工业园区的高新技术产业集聚，这些企业为当地的经济发展以及扩大就业起了巨大的促进作用。但是由于江苏省风险投资发展起步较晚，相对于发达地区来说仍处在成长期，发展还远不成熟，还有很长的路要走，所以对江苏省内风险投资的发展现状进行研究将具有非凡的意义。
论文将围绕风险投资对经济发展的影响原理为基础，通过实证得出风险投资对江苏省经济发展中的具体促进作用，最后通过对实证结果进行分析，发现风险投资在现实中存在的问题并提出相应的对策建议。

ABSTRACT
Since 1992 when the first venture capital investment was set up， more than twenty years has passed. After the initial stage of exploration and preliminary development， risk investment has begun to take shape in Jiangsu. Venture capital contribution to the economic development there for all to see， it promoted the development of high-tech industries， has given rise to such as， China high speed transmission， Nanjing hongbaoli and a series of high and new technology enterprise and such as Suzhou industrial park， high-tech industrial agglomeration， these enterprises for the local economic development and expand employment have played a huge role in promoting. But due to the risk investment development starts late in Jiangsu province， compared with the developed areas is still in the growth and development is not yet mature， there is still a long way to go， so the study of the development of venture investment in Jiangsu province will have a special meaning.
This paper will impact on the economic development of the principle of risk investment as the foundation， through the empirical risk investment for the specific role in the development of economy in Jiangsu province， finally through the analysis of the empirical results， find the problems existing in the venture investment in the real and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.
