摘 要

随着无线射频识别技术的日益成熟和广泛应用,针对我国目前煤炭行业生产安全现状,将无线射频识别技术应用到井下进行人员跟踪定位,是解决煤矿安全问题的方法之一,也是矿山实现全面提升安全生产信息化管理水平,加强以灾害预防、搜救为主要目标的安全生产长效机制,是我国煤炭行业安全生产工作的必由之路。

本文首先介绍了射频识别的概念,简述了射频识别的发展历程和工作原理。结合我国井下人员工作现状阐述了井下人员定位系统对于现实煤矿生产的重要意义及开发井下人员定位系统的紧迫性。其次介绍人员定位系统的组成及各部分的功能,系统的工作原理。说明了本人的工作:井下人员定位系统硬件电路设计(包括井下人员射频卡、井下射频识别阅读器、井下基站及其时间、存储模块等)。此外,对硬件电路使用的模块都做了介绍。然后简述了读写器和电子标签的安装位置。最后介绍了基于组态软件InTouch的系统界面的简单设计。

ABSTRACT

With the mature more and using widely of the RFID technology,and according to the safety situation that exits in the coalfield,it will be one valid way to solve the colliery safety Problem with applying RFID technology to the mine for people’s tracking and orientation,it is also the way to improve the supervisory level of safe production entirely,enhance the long system aiming at preventing disaster and searching and saving,it is the only way for producing safely.

This text first introduces a radio frequency identification of concept,briefly

says a radio frequency identification of the development process and the work principle.Then combining the condition of our country mine work presently,we expatiate the important meaning of mine personnel radio frequency identification orientation system and the urgency to design it .secondly,we introduce the structure of the mine personnel orientation system and function of every section,We introduce the main work of myself: mine personnel data to exchange the system hardware electric circuit system design (include radio frequency card,radio frequency to identify reader reading base and its time module、save module),work principle of system. In addition, introduce chip of hardware circuit. Thirdly, we introduce installation location of reader and electric tag. At last,we mainly introduce interface of system based on configure software of InTouch.
