“Export Credits” means any documentary credits (however named) at any time or from time to time issued in favor of the Borrower or transferred to the Borrower as beneficiary,(i) which is lodged, deposited with or possessed by the Bank ;or(ii)against which the Bank issues any lmport Credit or advances any sum to the Borrower either by way of negotiation or otherwise.
“Goods” means all the goods relating to the Sales Contracts, Import Credits, Export Collection Bills, any import documentary collection handle or to be handled by the Bank or any import or export invoice financing provided by the Bank to the Borrower.
Import Credits means any documentary credits (however named) issued by the Bank at the Borrower’s request.
Insurances means all policies of insurance (including, all cover notes) relating to the Goods.
Invoice Receivables means all debt and/or other amounts evidenced by or shown on the Invoices, which are at any time recoverable or receivable by, or due or owing to, the Borrower;
Pledged Goods means the goods and products to which the Trade Documents relate which are now or may in the future be in the Bank’s possession;
Sales Contract means each agreement for sale or supply of goods by the Borrower at any time(whether in writing or evidenced by a purchase order or other document), 1.which relates to any Export Credits, Export Collection Bills or Invoices or 2.aganist which the Bank issues any Import Credits.
Trade Documents means (1)any documents of title, bills of lading other transport documents, insurance policies, delivery orders, godown warrants and warehouse receipts relating to the Goods;（2）any document at any time presented to, or handled by, the Bank under the Import Credit or Export Credit; or（3）any documents at any time handled by the Bank under any import or export documentary collection for the Borrower.
URC means Uniform Rules for Collection of the International Chamber of Commerce as are in effect from time to time.
