3 关于本章

3.1 通过加载原版本的包文件和数据库进行回退

操作步骤

步骤 1 获取原版本的主控板包文件和单板IO包文件。

版本回退

当版本升级之后，如果系统运行过程中出现异常无法恢复，用户可以将版本回退到升级前的版本。

对于基础版本在MA5600V800R008C01SPC200及以上版本，可以不分别加载原版本的主控板程序包文件和IO单板程序包文件，而通过加载随原版本发布的合一包文件进行回退。 如果原版本是补丁版本，请取对应补丁版本的主控板包文件和单板IO包文件。如果随补丁没有发布主控板包文件，请取对应的基线版本的主控板包文件。

步骤 2 获取升级前备份的数据库文件。

请务必使用升级步骤中备份环节备份出的该主机的升级前原版本的数据库文件，否则可能导致配置数据丢失。

步骤 3 加载原版本的主控板包文件、单板IO包文件和数据库。

1. 加载原版本的主控板包文件。

MA5600T(config)#load packetfile ftp 10.11.104.5 scubv8r6c02spc100_mainboardpacket.bin

在加载过程中出现“The loading is successful”告警，说明加载成功；如果上报“The loading fails”的告警，说明加载失败。

4. 复位系统。

3.2 在BIOS下加载进行回退

背景信息

如果升级失败导致系统无法正常启动，则必须到现场采用BIOS方式进行版本回退。

操作步骤

步骤 1 获取原版本的配套包文件和原版本数据库文件。

1. 从升级服务器获取主控板包文件和单板IO包文件。

如果原版本是补丁版本，请取对应补丁版本的主控板包文件和单板IO包文件。如果随补丁没有发布主控板包文件，请取对应的基线版本的主控板包文件。

2. 获取升级前备份的数据库文件。

请务必使用升级步骤中备份环节备份出的该主机的升级前原版本的数据库文件，否则可能导致配置数据丢失。

步骤 2 现场手动加载回退。

1. 使用串口线连接PC串口和设备串口，使用网线连接PC和设备维护网口。 2. 在系统启动时，请按串口打印提示进行操作。

如下操作中，粗体为需要输入的部分，斜体为注释。
