水利工程施工组织设计
摘 要
QA水库位于新疆某地区QA河河谷出山口地段，，水库控制流域面积714平方公里，库容 900×104m3。
水库以灌溉和工业供水为主，兼顾防洪，工程兴建后可以灌溉面积14.32×104亩。 QA水库的主要任务是，保证石油化工用水，改善灌区的灌溉条件，调剂生态用水，减少流域内地下水的开采量，兼顾防洪。本设计以QA水库水文、地形、地质为基础，确定QA水库坝型为粘土斜心墙碾压式土石坝。本毕业设计说明书包括工程概况、设计相关基本资料、调洪演算、坝型选择及比选、大坝剖面尺寸、溢洪道以及导游隧洞设计等。最后设计成果为说明书一份，计算书一份，工程设计图纸4张以及其他计算附图附表等。

Abstract
In a region of xinjiang QA reservoir a mountain river valley of QA area,this reservoir control a basin of 714 square kilometers, capacity of 900 x 104m3.
Reservoir by irrigation and industrial water supply, giving priority to the flood control, engineering construction can be irrigated area after 14.32 x 10m.
QA reservoir, is the main task of the petroleum chemical engineering water, improve the guarantee is irrigated, adjust the irrigation water, reduce watershed ecological water extraction, mainland needs for flood control. This design with QA reservoir hydrology, topography and geology as the foundation, sure QA reservoir dam clay core wall type for earth-rockfill dam rolling type. The graduation design specifications including engineering survey, design related basic material, flood regulating calculation, dam type selection and voted, dam section size, spillway tunnel and guide design and so on. Finally the design results, accounts for manual a report, the engineering drawings of four tickets and other calculation schedule, etc. Drawings .

第一章 工程概论
QA水库位于新疆某地区QA河河谷出山口地段，水库控制流域面积714平方公里，库容 900×104 m3。
水库以灌溉和工业供水为主，兼顾防洪，工程兴建后可以灌溉面积14.32×104 亩。 QA水库的主要任务是，保证石油化工用水，改善灌区的灌溉条件，调剂生态用水，减少流域内地下水的开采量，兼顾防洪。工程兴建后可以向石油化工年提供水量20.00×106 m3，向灌区年供水19.72×106 m3，全年供水39.72×106 m3，改善灌溉面积15.27×104 亩。
根据流域规划中QA水库承担的主要任务，经灌区水土平衡计算，确定水库的兴利库容为8.48×106 m3。经水库泥沙淤积计算，确定水库死库容0.52×106 m3，相应死水位1953.5 m。则水库库容为9.0×106 m3，相应正常蓄水位1994.7 m。据规范SL252-2000，本工程等级为三等工程，主要建筑物级别为3级，临时建筑物为5级。整个枢纽主要由拦河大坝、导流兼放水洞、溢洪道三大建筑物组成。
