中文摘要
浅析我国医药物流管理问题及发展
摘 要
社会经济的不断发展，促使人们生活水平获得了全面的提升，医药企业在当前的背景下始终保持着较快的发展速度，随着我国经济高速发展，医药企业发展迅猛，而这种高效的发展须以可靠、高效的物流运作作为保证。对医药企业而言，不同的情况需要不同的物流决策，而物流管理模式的选择是物流决策中首要考虑的问题。本文较为系统分析了医药物流管理发展现状后，指出了目前我国医药物流管理模式中存在的问题，诸如医药物流政策和制度法规尚未完善、医药物流e配送技术的支撑力度不够、缺乏相关专业的技术人才和管理人才、医药物流管理的信息化、社会化程度低等，这些问题严重制约了医药物流管理的发展，对于配送模式的选择也成为当今医药业的一个难题。针对这些问题，本文进行了研究和探讨，并提出了一系列对策。

On the Situation and Development of China's pharmaceutical logistics
distribution
Abstract
Continued socio-economic development, people's living standards to promote access to comprehensive upgrade, pharmaceutical companies in the current context has maintained a rapid pace of development, as China's rapid economic development, the rapid development of pharmaceutical companies, and this efficient development shall be reliable and efficient logistics operation as a guarantee. Pharmaceutical companies, different situations require different logistics decision, and the choice is a matter of logistics and distribution model in the Logistics Decision primary consideration. This paper systematically analyzes the situation after distribution of pharmaceutical logistics development, pointing out China's pharmaceutical logistics distribution pattern in the existing problems, such as medical logistics policy and regulatory system has not been perfect, pharmaceutical logistics and distribution technology of e support is not enough, the lack of relevant professional skills and management personnel, medical logistics and distribution, information technology, low level of socialization, these problems have seriously restricted the development of pharmaceutical logistics distribution, the choice of distribution model has become a problem in today's pharmaceutical industry. To solve these problems, this paper studied and discussed and put forward a series of countermeasures.

前 言
在经济高速发展的过程中，企业之间的竞争也愈演愈烈，使得现代的企业进入了微利的时代，产品所需的成本和制造的利润更加透明、公开。企业和企业之间不仅仅在人才和技术上有着激烈的竞争，在供应链和物流等方面的竞争也不容小觑，在现代经济社会，物流已经成为企业争取竞争优势的重要筹码。我国医药配送物流在市场的竞争中，对市场的反应较为灵活，但其资金、人才、技术和大企业相比都略逊一筹，要想在市场中保持竞争力，就必须采取创新物流战略提升其竞争优势。相对来说，我国医药物流管理的应用较为滞后，因为以前的医药企业主要重视的是生产与销售环节，也就是能够直接产生利益的环节，这种传统观念一直制约着我国医药物流的发展。随着国外医药物流发展理论在我国的深入，以及全球经济一体化对我国的影响，网络与电子商务的普及促进了物流产业的发展，我国医药物流也借此拥有了更大的发展空间，更有国外先进的物流管理概念与经验逐渐被引入至我国，一些综合因素使我国医药企业逐渐重视了物流管理在其发展中的地位。时至今日，发展物流管理体系已经成为了医药企业发展的必由之路，因此进一步探寻医药企业物流管理的发展路径具有着积极的现实意义。
