The Design of Small Corn Machine
(Mechanical and Electronic Engineering Department of Dezhou Uniersity,Dezhou Shandong,253023) Abstract: in order to reduce the farmers in the corn threshing labor intensity, improve work efficiency, design of corn thresher. The machine is mainly a feeding port, a grid type concave plate and screw tooth thr- eshing drum and transmission parts. In a motor as the power source, the power from the motor output shaft output, and then transmitted to the nail tooth threshing drum through the drive belt, nail tooth threshing cyli- nder with a grid type concave plate will threshing of corn, corn grain from the grid type concave plate separ- ation and is discharged in vitro, and corn cob from the other end into the material discharging machine body.
