? LNCELL中添加LNHOG
LNHOG中的两个门限值, 需要根据实际网络情况调整大小。前期功能测试可以适当调整使得 event B2 容易触发. 如将Threshold1 GERAN for RSRP of servinig cell 调大,这样就不用移动到LTE小区的边缘才触发eSRVCC. 这个门限值和其他参数有依赖关系.在调整时,如果不合适, site manager 会给出提示。
NCC permitted 需要设置为true

3 关闭基站的Volte功能相对应的参数修改
3.1 VoLTE无线参数设置指导VoLTE Call
o 基站要关闭VoLTE Call，只需要关闭actConvVoice这个参数即可。
