Thank you for participating in the 5th Asia Pacific ISSX Meeting at Binhai One Hot Spring Resort on May 9-12, 2014! Below you will find information for shipment and install/dismantle of your booth. Frank Fung and MICE Partners will serve as the organizing company for the meeting. Exhibit Booth
The expo will be held on May 10-12, 2014. The exhibits will be located in the main lobby area of the 1st floor of the Meeting Center. Each exhibitor will be supplied with a 2M deep, 3M long by 2.5M high scheme booth, with one table and 2 chairs.
Exhibitors are liable for any damage caused to buildings, floors, walls, and columns or to the shell scheme panels. Exhibitors may not apply paint, lacquer, adhesives or coating to building columns or floors.
All extra requirements, e.g. special decoration, extra lighting, furniture, LCD, plasma TV etc, not provided above, should be ordered separately. They are supplied at extra costs as listed below.
Please note: The exhibit area is not secure. Exhibitors are liable for ensuring their goods and materials are secured and or stored safely. MICE Partners and APISSX 2014 organizers will not be held liable for any vendor materials that may be damaged or missing. Exhibit Hours
Although the layout of the Booth Exposition enables free-access to vendor and booths throughout the conference, the vendors will be required to be at their exhibit space during the following official exhibit hours: May 10-12, 12:00 am - 14:00 pm Sunday, May 11, 12:00 am - 14:00 pm Move-in and Move-out

Posters Session Information
There will be poster session through May 10-12. Authors must be in attendance at their posters during the poster sessions. Also, remember to take any business cards that are in your envelope - these people are requesting reprints of your abstract.
The poster size can be 0.9 meter wide by 2 meter high, or within the size.
May 10: 97 posters (Analytical to Drug Discovery and Development) May 11: 105 posters (Drug Interaction to Metabolism)
May 12: 90 posters (Non-P450 Phase I Enzymes to Transporters)
The set-up time will be 8:00-10:00 for each day; the break-down time will be 18:00-19:00 for each day.

1. You can take Subway Line 9, and get off at Tanggu Station. We will arrange shuttle bus there at 10:00am to 17:00pm on May 9. You also can take taxi from Tanggu Station, about RMB 36 to the Resort.
2. You can take taxi from Tianjin International Airport, about RMB 130 to the Resort.
