汽车通用化设计对汽车总装工艺的
影响

摘 要
对某些零件或部件的种类、规格,按照一定的标准加以精简统一,使之能在类似产品中通用互换的技术措施。经过统一后,可通用于某些产品中的零件或部件,称为“通用件”。然而对于汽车总装工艺而言,柔性化共线生产必然导致对原有生产线的通用性改造和新老产品生产工艺的优化融合。在产品设计的初期,在满足新车型产品定义所要求的功能实现和性能指标的前提下,对共线生产可能性较大的同级别、同档次的产品推行通用化的设计结构和产品工艺要求,可以降低硬件改造的投资成本、缩短工艺开发的周期、避免工艺瓶颈、改善管理和质量的控制。通用化工作只能综合地进行,才能获得最佳效果,而不能将这项工作局限在个别企业或一些企业范围内。本文结合部分实例,就同级别、同档次产品通用化设计对汽车总装工艺开发的影响进行探讨。

Abstract
For some parts or components of the types, specifications, according to certain standards to streamline unification, can in similar products of interchangeability technical measures. In the early stages of the product design, new product definition model in meet the required performance index and the realization of the function of the premise, were more likely to production line with the level of the products with class, the implementation of universal design structure and the product process requirement, can reduce the cost of investment, hardware transformation process shorten the development cycle, avoid process bottlenecks, improve the management and quality control. Universal work can only be comprehensively, and to get the best effect, and can not be limited in the work of individual enterprise or some enterprise range. Combining with the part of the example, with the level of product design, the same grade generic car assembly process development influence is discussed in this paper.
