贵港港苏湾作业区多用途泊位总平面布置及结构设计

摘 要

近十年来,贵港港吞吐量快速增长,吞吐量与能力的矛盾十分突出。相对于快速增长的吞吐量,能力缺口较大,急需加快港口建设进程。

本设计通过分析贵港港苏湾作业区的自然水文条件和发展状况,根据设计分配任务,进行泊位数计算确定拟建泊位4个,并对码头进行总平面布置、装卸工艺流程设计。然后根据水流、地质条件,经方案比选确定高桩梁板式结构为码头结构的推荐方案,并对其进行结构计算、岸坡稳定性验算和为轨道梁配筋计算。

关键词:总平面布置; 装卸工艺; 高桩板梁式码头;结构计算。

Abstract

In the last decade,the cargo handling capacity of Jiang Yin Port has grown rapidly. As a result,there is a serious contradiction between the cargo handling capacity and its cargo handling capability. Compared with the rapid growth of the cargo handling capacity, gaps of capability seem to be very large. Therefore, it is urgent to speed up the process of port construction.

This design, through the analysis of the natural hydrology and the operation conditions of harbor area in Jiang Yin Port, and according to the analysis of designed allocation task, is decided to project 4 berths after calculating the number of it. Then it carries on the general layout and the loading and unloading process design. And then, on the basis of the water current conditions and the geology of the located area, by comparing the programs, it has chosen the last recommendation project of beam structure with long steel pile as the wharf structure. After that, it carries on structure calculation, bank-slope stability calculation and track beam reinforcement calculation.
