摘 要
盐浴炉是一种重要的热处理设备。本设计综合插入式和埋入式电极盐浴炉的优缺点,设计中温盐浴炉。该盐浴炉用单相电极。电极被分布在坩埚两侧,电极的长、宽、高为650mm、65mm、113mm。坩埚的长、宽、高分别为650mm、515mm、450mm。盐浴炉的功率为41kw。排气装置采用单侧抽风,排气装置的抽风口的长、宽确定为273mm、91mm。
该盐浴炉结构简单,节电作用比较明显,和炉膛的利用率高。坩埚与炉子砌层间留约20mm的间隙,以便更换坩埚。

ABSTRACT
The salt bath furnace is one of the important equipment for heat treatment. This design integrated into type and buried type electrode salt bath furnace, the advantages and disadvantages of Medium temperature salt bath furnace in the design. The salt bat -h furnace adopts single phase electrode. Electrode is distributed on both sides of cru -cible, and electrode of length, width and height is 650 mm, 65 mm and 113mm. Leng -th, width and height of the crucible is 650 mm, 515 mm and 450 mm. Air exhausting device adopts unilateral convulsions, and the exhaust port of length, width is 273 mm and 91 mm.
The salt bath furnace has simple structure, power saving effect is obvious, and the chamber of a stove or furnace utilization rate is high. Crucible and build by laying bricks or stones left about 20 mm space between the layers, in order to replace the crucible.
