六安市某城镇排水工程初步设计

摘 要

环境污染问题是当今世界上最大的社会问题之一,尤其是水资源的过分地建设和不合理的使用。合理使用水资源是解决这些问题的关键,因此,水处理的发展对我国可否达成可持续的战略目标起着至关重要的作用。本设计为六安市排水工程设计,设计内容包括城市排水管网、雨水管网和城市污水处理。

本设计分为两大部分:

1. 在排水和雨水管网设计方面,根据城市的地图和基础资料,确定了排水和雨水的布置。在管网布置中确定了管网中主干管、干管、支管的走向、位置、管径以及提升泵站与污水处理厂的位置。

在布置中还要注意合理的利用区域内的自然坡降,要满足污水管道和雨水管道的最小流速等要求。

2. 在污水厂污水处理部分,在确定工艺前,参考了很多工程实例,对奥贝尔氧化沟工艺和三沟式氧化沟工艺做了经济技术比较,在进行分析后决定选用奥贝尔氧化沟工艺作为本设计的污水处理工艺。通过此工艺的处理,出水水质将达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级B标准。

Design of 60,000 tons / day city drainage engineering

Abstract

The problem of environmental pollution is nowadays one of the greatest social concerns in the world, especially overexploitation and unreasonable use of the water resource. The water resource of rational utilization is the key to solving these problems。So the development of water treatment plays a decisive role to realize our country the sustainable strategic objective. This design is drainage works of LUAN Design elements include an urban drainage network 、an urban rainwater network and an urban sewage treatment 。

The report is consists of two parts:

Part One: in the sewage and the rain water pipeline's arrangement design aspect, this design acts according to the map and basic information of the city, carries on the drainage and rainwater piping systemthe plane layout, including the determination basin, divides the draining water basin, the arrangement sewage pipe network, the storm sewer system. In the pipe network arrangement determined that the branch tube's trend, the position, the caliber as well as promote the pumping station and the Sewage treatment plant position.

The arrangement must use region natural slope easonablely, and must meet the sewers and stormwater pipes minimum flow requirements.

Part Two: In urban sewage treatment, I reference a number of practical examples before determining the process .Comparing Triple Ditch OD Process and Orbal Ditch OD Process technology of economic and technical comparison, I carrying out the decisions adopted Orbal Ditch OD Process as the design of the sewage treatment process. After the treatment of this craft, the disposal water quality will reach the first class B standard of《pollutant discharge standard of urban sewage treatment plant 》(GB18918-2002 ).
